Hemos comido aquí con amigos. Comida estaba guapa, pero sin sabor, faltaba sal, especias y por este precio esperaba algo mejor. Café estaba bueno y ambiente y servicio estaba perfecto. Tomar café -puede ser, pero comer no vengo más.

Hidden gem with good coffee and very good food. I had the Reuben Sandwich and it was warm bread with lots of yummy ingredients. I recommend some Tabasco with it.

Acabo de salir de este café porque cuando he preguntado si podía sentarme en una mesa baja a comer, había estado esperando en una barra, me han dicho que sí pero que si venía otra gente me tenía que levantar. En el local quedaban 2 mesas altas vacías, 2 mesas bajas individuales y el resto de mesas estaban ocupadas por 2 personas tomando un café y compartiendo una tostada. Peor antencion al cliente imposible. Si vas a generar un ticket de más de 20€, hay una mesa vacía y no hay nadie esperando, que menos que te dejen ocupar esa mesa.

Cappuccio mal tirato sin crema y con mucho cacao de baja calidad y un café espresso sin crema acquoso con odor de quemado me gustaría saber quien elijo esta cafetería una de las mejores . Cappuccino orribile ripito y ambiente oscuro sin luz sin ninguna grazia . En un bar de autopista cualquiera de Italia te puede tomar un buon cappuccio cremoso a 1.60 . Aconsejo a los dependientes de irse unas semanas en Italia y aprender Saludos

We both ordered a dirty chai latte which came to just over €12. We were both extremely disappointed given it's such a popular place apparently in the world's top 100 coffee bars. It was excrutiatingly weak. It only tasted like milk and cinnamon. A dirty chai should have a kick. My partner had to convince me not to bin it but we both agreed it was incredibly weak and just a chore to drink. We always do our best to seek out quality but I've genuinely had better brews for €2. Hell, I've even had better from bloody Greggs back home. Shocking. Wouldn't go back.

El mejor desayuno que te puedes tomar en Palma, los precios valen totalmente la pena. Yo me pedí unas tostadas francesas y son un 10/10, porción generosa y buenísimas. Mi amiga un brioche con huevo y bacon, le encantó también. Volveré a repetir sin duda

Unfassbar leckeres Frühstück und wirklich sehr guter Service! Das Ambiente ist auch super schön, einziges Manko, man kann leider nicht draußen sitzen. Aber wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

커피가 정말 맛있습니다. 팔마에서 가본 카페 중 커피가 제일 맛있었어요. Salmon Feta(아보카도 추가)와 제철 과일이 올라간 Tostada Balear를 먹었는데, 제가 방문했을 때는 제철 과일이 무화과였고, 정말 잘 어울렸습니다. 최고였네요. 맛있었습니다. 다만 빵이 상당히 딱딱해서 먹다가 입천장에 조금 상처가 났네요.

We wanted to go to this place for breakfast. As we arrived, the place was almost empty but we were not allowed to enter as there was a sign saying we should be waiting to get seated - what we did. The waitresses completely ignored us for 10 minutes chatting in between each and other and obviously having a good time. Once I asked them, if we could sit down we were turned down with an unfriendly “there’s a waiting list” and no further information. We left, and would never come back as I can’t believe how unfriendly staff can be.

I understand that sometimes the place may look empty, but in reality, we are usually resetting right after a rush. To stay organized, we created a waiting list based on the order of arrival so we can serve all our customers the way they deserve. We genuinely put a lot of effort into making everyone feel welcome and ensuring they have a lovely time in Surry Hills. We had the pastrami sandwich at Survey Hills Palma and it was absolutely delicious. The portion is generous, packed with plenty of pastrami, and you can really taste each component – the bread, the meat, and the toppings all come together perfectly without overpowering one another. The sandwich feels carefully crafted and leaves you fully satisfied. The atmosphere is very cool as well – stylish, relaxed, and with a great vibe that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting in Palma if you want amazing food in a unique setting.

Came here super tired after an early flight and it did not disappoint. cortado with caramel and bacon and egg sandwich were delicious. my friend got the salmon toast and loved it. cured us after being up for 24+ hours

Klare Empfehlung ist das Peach-Sandwich, einfach überragend! Sehr sättigend und intensiv im Geschmack, lecker abgerundet mit Chili-Flocken. Der Detox-Smoothie war auch lecker, allerdings für mein Empfinden etwas zu teuer für die Menge. Die Servicekräfte waren super freundlich und es herrscht eine coole Atmosphäre. Schade, dass man nicht draußen sitzen kann, aber das gibt die Lage nicht her. Die Location an sich ist nicht sehr besonders, aber es wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und das Beste herausgeholt. Ich komme definitiv für das Sandwich wieder!

By far the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. Everybody’s friendly and to be honest, we had a lot of fun there with the barista. We’ll visiting Palma again only for the THIS coffee!! ❤️

Meals were really versatile and a lot to choose from. The portions were really big. Only the matcha had a bit too much milk and taste wasn’t as intense but that is just a personal taste.

Really great food! Only issue was I think that they ran out of an ingredient because we were waiting a really long time for our food and then i saw them bring in 2 boxes of something and then the food came out a 1 minute later. They must have made my eggs before they realized they were out of the item/ingredient bc the eggs were very cold. Despite them being cold the sandwich was still good!

Wir haben dort zwar nicht gegessen, aber das Erlebnis war trotzdem schrecklich. Wir haben vor dem Lokal darauf gewartet, einen Platz zu bekommen, und die Kellnerin hat uns für die 20 min, die wir dort gewartet haben, keines Blickes gewürdigt. Andere Gruppen, die nach uns ankamen, wurden von der Kellnerin wenigstens angesprochen und gefragt, ob sie einen Platz haben möchten - zu uns hat sie gar nichts gesagt. Die Wartezeit wäre uns egal gewesen, aber dass wir von ihr einfach ignoriert wurden, war eine absolute Frechheit. Schade.

The coffee and food here are incredible. My husband is a bit of a coffee snob and when he had his first sip of coffee at Surry Hills he said "this is correct" 😆. Honestly, it's such a great place that we went back twice on our trip, and brought friends with us the second time. Highly recommend.

Nos alegra que te haya gustado la atención de nuestro equipo :) con respecto al precio, trabajamos con productos orgánicos y apoyando a productores y artesanos locales como café de Mistral, pan de masa madre de Uco, croissants de Lluis Pérez, leche fresca de Menorca, entre otros. El jamón que utilizamos es paleta de cebo ibérico 50%, en general recibimos buen feedback pero lo tendremos en cuenta o revisaremos si ha pasado algo. Ojalá podamos darte una mejor experiencia en el futuro. Saludos, Tatiana

Excelente lugar. Es un sitio no muy grande, muy bien distribuido. La atención del personal es inmejorable, super amables y atentos. Nada mas sentarnos nos ofrecieron la carta, que no es muy extensa, pero tiene muchísima variedad. Las bebidas nos las sirvieron super rápido, lo que si es cierto, por poner un pero, era la comida que tardó un poco más de lo que suelen tardar en otros lugares, pero cuando pruebas un bocado, la espera merece la pena. Pues la calidad de los ingredientes es altísima, asi como su presentación impecable. El café con leche y extra de caramelo, tuve que pedir dos… buenísimo. Pedimos café latte, dos zumos, dos cafés con leche y extra de caramelo, la tosta de bacón and egg y la tosta de salmón y feta. No os podéis imaginar que delicias, tenéis que probarlo. Y aunque sea una tostada, es abundante. Volveremos sin duda, para probar otros platos, pues la mesa de al lado se pidió una french toast, que tenía pintaza.

Oh god. No words can explain how spectacular this meal was !!! We got the spicy tuna sandwich and sourghdough tomato toast with add ons. We’ll be visiting again before we leave Palma .

Pasamos por aquí de casualidad y nos ha encantado, el ambiente, la música, la atención. Los chicos son súper amables, tienen merchandising muy chulo y están en los 100 best coffee shops. Los iced lattes estaban buenísimos, el alfajor también y el croissant muy fresquito.

What a cool space! It caught my eye while passing by and I’m surprised to realize it’s one of 100 best coffee shops I’m following! I went back another day to try the breakfast before leaving a review and I’m happy with it! I’m not sure about the ketchup with the rucola on the egg and bacon sandwich 😅 I think switching the rucola to avocado would probably work better (or just not have it there or maybe no ketchup). I haven’t tried others on their brunch menu yet. Matcha is good! Both iced and hot matcha. I always take with oat milk. Definitely a good stop if you’re looking for good matcha. Pastries are on point! Lastly, like I said, I really like their place! I stayed here for more than an hour reading a book. I really like it. Definitely give this place a visit while you’re in Mallorca! Highly recommend.

Totally overpriced. One toast with salmon, that by far is not sufficient for lunch is 15+ euro. Lunch for two with each one toast+ water+ coffee was 54 euros. For that you can get way better things. On the menu there is only toast. Nearly all tables are within 5 metres of the massive door to the toilet. A tourist trap. After a lunch here, you will need to find some food.

Lovely atmosphere and very quick service. Food was amazing made with fresh ingredients to our requirements. Off the main roads so quieter than the tourist traps. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing spot for great coffee and delicious food. We were seated right away, and very friendly staff. We got the Reuben sandwich and the ham and cheese toast. An absolute delight. And the coffees were perfect. Would love to come back!

Being from Sydney, this reminded us of coffee back home.. but better :p The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Coffee was 10/10. There was a slight mistake due to a misunderstanding and the team were so helpful and caring. Sad it’s our last day in Mallorca otherwise we would be back!! ❤️

We were really happy with our visit to Surry Hills. The food was absolutely delicious and it’s great that they offer gluten free options too. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. Even though the place is quite small, it’s used really well and feels very cozy inside. You can even see straight into the kitchen while they prepare the food, which gives it a nice and open vibe. We had to wait a little longer than expected, but the team handled it really well and even gave us a small treat to make up for it, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Palma.

Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido cómoda debido a la temperatura del local; contamos con dos aires acondicionados y dos ventiladores pero estos días de ola de calor son muy difíciles tanto para nuestros clientes como para nuestro equipo. Realmente hacemos un esfuerzo por que todo salga bien, pero con temperaturas de 37 grados se nos complica bastante. Te pedimos disculpas y ojalá puedas darnos otra oportunidad para ganarnos 5 estrellas pronto ;)

Barista, and coffee shop owner here - the coffee here is brilliant. Easily the best in Palma. Would highly recommend. Bacon & egg sandwich was perfection. Added avocado too. Baller move. Sauce was incredible. Staff lovely too. Mega spot!

Good coffee, decent food. Train wreck execution and customer relations!! 1) you need several fans in your hot stuffy room, 2) lose the attitude when a customer tries to get your attention, you don't put a finger in the air and tell your client "just wait!", 3) your kitchen is not equipped to handle the volume of customers you're trying to pack into your space.

5 stars for atmosphere, coffee and embodying the Surry Hills scene in this small cafe. After living and working in Surry Hills itself many years back I had to go see it myself. They lose a couple of stars for service and food because I just felt they could be a bit more efficient with the seating (lots of empty seats in between guests could have been optimised) and proactively checking up a food order after I had waited 30 minutes for a overly crisp and dry Reuben Sandwich. Especially when other guests seated after me were getting their dishes well ahead, something must have gone wrong with my order in the kitchen! I’d otherwise really wanted to give them 5/5.

원래 가려던 카페가 있었는데 예쁘고 시원해보여서 들어갔는데 너무 좋았어요!! 콜드브루랑 바나나브레드 먹었는데 둘 다 맛있었고 특히 콜드브루는 오렌지 필이 들어가서 향긋하고 너무 좋았어요 :> 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 가게도 시원하고 예쁘고 커피도 맛있고 최고 !

Een absolute winnaar als je in Palma bent. Dichtbij La Rambla en toch eventjes weg van alles, kan je hier zowel een uitstekende cappuccino als heerlijke lunch scoren. Wij namen de toast special met peach chutney en een klassieke avocado toast, die net dat ietsje anders en lekker smeuïg was. De service was warm en vlot, de sfeer relax.

오후2:30쯤 더운데 도대체 언제나와 하면서 방문했는데 바닐라라떼, 콜드브루 후기보고 시켰는데 라떼류 좋아하는 사람으로 바닐라라떼 미쳤습니다 그냥 와~~~ 하면서 먹었고, 콜드브루도 한국에서 먹은거 비교안됩니다 나갈때 또 테이크아웃 할거에요(지금 마시면서 쓰는 중) 프렌치토스트는 딱 맛있는 정도에요 달달하니 더울때 확 당 채워주는 느낌 그래놀라는 제가 좋아해서 시켰어요!

We stopped at Surry Hills today for a later brunch (~2pm) after spending the day in Palma. We had originally not planned to go to Surry but were directed to Surry after going to a neighboring shop that was closing for the day...We had a delightful experience. The Surry Hills team sat our group of 8 and provided us great service and the food was amazing. Among the 8 of us in our party we tried a lot of different items on the menu. I had the bacon/egg sandwich and a hot chocolate. The sandwich was phenomenal and the Hot chocolate was uniquely tasty. The entire team was worked tirelessly to take care of a full house including our group. I recommend Surry without hesitation. I will be excited to visit the US Store in Miami the next time I am in FL

An absolute gem! This brunch spot exceeded all expectations the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Do not go here for matcha. The food might be good but the matcha is super milky, too pricy and not properly stirred. I just wasted 5,50€ , I asked for a strong matcha and got the opposite. The people were nice but the quality of matcha very disappointing

I searched for coffee in Palma . Surry Hills came up . So I visited and was blown away by the Coffee which is as good as Melbourne coffee. The place is like this cool underground cave . With the welcoming and helpful staff. The food and coffee is as good as it gets . Met Filipe the owner today . Such a nice guy . This has to be a must place to visit , if you love coffee and smashed avo. . Will come back in August on my return to Mallorca 10/10

We went a couple of days ago and I say that I literally had the best cold brew of my life so far! Citrousy and aromatic, the Reuben sandwich and pickles was amazing as were the little sweets that we chose to have (dulce de lece cookie and chocolate muffin). Worth the visit!

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Best coffee, great vibes, amazing staff and possibly the best playlist on this planet. Visited whilst on holiday with my family including our baby girl and staff were always so helpful and welcoming to us. Despite our terrible Spanish they welcomed us. Would recommend to everyone.

Fuimos a probar el café, muy rico y bien preparado, y nos dio hambre. Pedí un desayuno vegano con pan, frutas, manteca de cacahuete y no sé qué más; parecía algo muy grande. Cuando me lo trajeron, era una tostada en un plato enorme. Si bien llevaba todo lo que decía la carta y estaba muy rico, una tostada solita por 10 euros más o menos me dolió un poco.

Desde que entras se nota el ambiente relajado y comodo, muy buena organizacion y atencion de todo el equipo en el servicio, comi una tostada de salmon feta y un cinamon roll que estaba exquisito, cada uno de los ingredientes son de una altisima calidad.Conozco muchos sitios en Palma, pero con esta excelencia de servicio y calidad de producto, son unicos¡¡¡.Los felicito, se valora muchisimo un lugar como este.

Hacía tiempo que quería probarlo debido a sus reseñas. El sitio es agradable y la comida esta bien, pero para locales, son precios desorbitados. Unas tostadas con jamón 9’5€. Se entiende que todos los productos puedan ser de calidad, pero eso no justifica el precio, es evidente que está enfocado para los extranjeros. Además, parece que se venden como un lugar para trabajar, pero en mi opinión no han conseguido llevarlo a cabo ya que en cuanto sacas la tablet te dicen que hay unos sitios específicos si quieres trabajar (aunque haya sitios vacíos en las mesas bajas y la cafetería no este llena), y destacar que en cuanto te terminas el plato vienen a preguntarte que más quieres. Da la sensación de que si quieres quedarte más tiempo tienes que seguir consumiendo (a pesar de haberte gastado mín. 15e por persona por el desayuno)

Nuestra sala es pequeña y por esto tenemos que disponer de sitios limitados para trabajar. Somos una cafetería que abre todo el año y nos encanta recibir a nuestros vecinos de Palma para ofrecer un producto de calidad. Todo lo que ofrecemos está hecho a mano, con los mejores ingredientes y con productos de kilómetro 0 siempre que podemos. Creemos que no merecemos 2 estrellas. Esperamos sepas valorar este esfuerzo enorme y ojalá nos des otra oportunidad para ganarnos las 5 estrellas :)

Pedí un café para llevar pero el menú tenía muuuuy buena pinta. Lo único… la pastelería parecía un poco quemada (no la pedí).

Lugar acogedor (aunque sin aislamiento acústico y al ser bajo de techo es bastante ruidoso) que ofrece buen café y buenas opciones de brunch, pero el precio es demasiado elevado por lo que ofrecen, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta las excelentes alternativas existentes en Palma. El servicio es rápido y atento.

La comida estuvo espectacular, he lamentado que no habia el sandwich de setas asi que tome el pastrami, estuvo genial nada que envidiar a los de Ny, ademas hemos pedido el de bacon y eggs los huevos estaban flufy. Volveremos no me queso ain probar el de setas

Delicioso todo! 🤤 lo que más me Gustó que nos dejaron entras con nuestra pequeña perrija. Hay pocos sitios en Mallorca que dejen entrar animales, ojalá cada día se unan mas. Gracias

Leckeres Frühstück! Ein kleines aber feines Café( da es wenige Plätze gibt, sollte man lieber reservieren). Dennoch preisintensiv. ( 50€ für 2 Personen) Wir haben leider auch lange auf unser Essen warten müssen. 25 Minuten für ein Müsli mit Granola und French Toast sind zu lang. Aber dafür war das French Toast sehr lecker!

Cappuccino war an sich gut , allerdings noch Luft nach oben . Das geröstete Brot mit Tomaten und Schinken war lecker . Atmosphäre war irgendwie angespannt.. spiegelte somit auch die Laune des Personals wieder .. vielleicht gibts nen 2.Versuch.

Cafetería algo escondida cerca de las ramblas. Es bastante caro pero la verdad es que todo está buenísimo.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Café ist gut, das Essen ist sehr gut - ich hatte den Lachs und Feta Toast! Portionen auch gut, alles frisch gemacht!

Such friendly staff and well decorated cafe , the coffee was superb , and the Reuben sandwich was the best I've ever tasted , it could not have been better.

A must stop in Palma, honestly one of the best brunches I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the mushroom toast, with extra egg and bacon. And try their almond alfajor to finish things up.

Excelente cafetería. Las tostadas vienen en muy buena cantidad de ingredientes. Así sí! Muy bueno todo tanto a la vista como en boca. Camareros muy amables y profesionales. Gran sitio que cuida los detalles y se nota.
