Nybakat Marbella

This is my 3 th exprience! First i ate shrimp salad, then products of crossant and today warm drinks and cakes! I can say every time they grow their ability to control and making product! Good luck to everyone

We go to Marbella regularly and we were there again recently. We discovered The Forum which is beside the hotel where we stay at Puento Romano. It is a wonderful addition to the area with its range of shops and restaurants. In particular one business stood out. It is a cafe and Bakery called NYBAKAT where they serve the most delicious cakes we have ever tasted and also some of the most tasty salads and sandwiches you could find anywhere. The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful. In particular while we were there there was a very nice girl called Sabina who went out of her way to help us and was a great ambassador for the business. I would highly recommend NYBAKAT to everyone and we will certainly be back. Tks Donal and Mairin from Dublin

Los mejores dulces! Sinceramente no entiendo las malas reseñas, si estás en un sitio de self service! Los precios más que razonables, porque la calidad es brutal! Menos mal que no vivimos al lado, porque este rollo de cardamomo caería todos los días.

Very poor service, the staff can’t even smile to say good morning or thank you, clear that the background is not from the warm Mediterranean culture… also, we were waiting for 15 min to get served our coffees ( the staff offered us to be served) with no apologies except( oh! I forgot!)… a part this, the little patio is nice to seat and meet friends…parking is 8eur per hour and cardamom bun is the only best thing I tried.

Best bakery i’ve ever been to. Amazing luxurious place to sit and enjoy. I read some reviews saying its expensive, but to be honest, for the quality you get it’s not expensive at all. Almost no waiting time also.

I probably won’t visit this place again. I came in with my family and wasn’t greeted at all. It took a long time for us to even be acknowledged because the two young blond staff members were busy talking to each other and on their phones. I have a daughter with a nut allergy, and when I asked about safe options, the staff looked completely confused and started running around asking everyone else. This lack of knowledge was very concerning. I ordered a cappuccino and received a weak coffee with barely any foam. When I asked for a chocolate dusting, I was told they didn’t have any which confused me, given that this is a bakery. I also ordered a cinnamon bun and asked if it could be heated. Instead of using the oven, which I’ve heard makes them taste freshly baked, they put it in the microwave, ruining the experience. I was excited to try the “build-your-own” sandwich, but the girl taking my order rushed me, interrupted me, and displayed a bad attitude. When I finally received my sandwich, it was missing several items I had specifically requested. After handing me my order, she immediately handed over the card machine without even asking if I was ready to pay. It’s disappointing to see such poor service. Lately, I’ve noticed a trend where young staff move to “paradise” locations but don’t take their jobs seriously, and unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the owners as well. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

Très mauvais service

Leckeres Mandelcroissant zu sehr fairen Preisen im Forum in der Nähe von Puente Romano. Super empfehlenswert, die anderen Sachen sahen auch alle total lecker aus. Es war schwer, sich zu entscheiden. Perfekt für nachmittags als Snack oder zum Frühstück.

Didn’t like the baked goods I’ve tried, they had an odd taste to them

Мне очень понравились здесь миндальные круассаны! Выпечку пекут в течение всего дня, поэтому она всегда свежая и вкусная. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый, даже несмотря на большие очереди по утрам. Благодаря тому, что сотрудников достаточно, обслуживание проходит очень быстро. Выпечку можно взять с собой или насладиться ею за столиком во дворе — атмосфера очень приятная. Всё, что пробовала, оказалось действительно вкусным. Однозначно рекомендую!

El producto que ofrecen es de muy buena calidad los dulces y la panadería igual que el café muy buenos, el ambiente dento de Forum Marbella excelente para degustar y disfrutar de una buena tarde acompañado de un buen dulce....Pero el Personal de terror, las chicas que atiende una morena, primer que no sabe español, creo que esta es España y el personal debe hablar el español aparte de otro idioma y después la manera de servir los platos llevarlos a las mesas, un verdadero desastre. Creo que tienen que mejorar el personal...

Åt min frulle på Nybakat i Nerja (Burriana beach) under de 7 månader jag bodde där. Skön Avslappnad atmosfär, underbara bakverk och kaffe (och nypressad Apelsin Juice). Perfekt för att träffa nya vänner där med. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ska bli trevligt att prova Nybakat i Marbella o Oktober.

Les prix du grand n'importe quoi ! Une simple banquette 2€50, un croissant 4€, alors que ce n'est qu'une simple boulangerie

Lekker koffie gedronken met een heerlijke sandwich. Heeft ook heel lekker gebak.

Sitio tranquilo para disfrutar de buena repostería sueca

Esta cafetería se encuentra ubicada en Fórum, un espacio en el que hay varios establecimientos que concurren alrededor de una bonita plaza con una fuente en el centro. No tiene mesas en el interior. El parking tiene 15min gratuitos por si quieres comprarlo para llevar.

Excelente atención me comí un cafe divino con un roll de canela super fresco. Mi esposo se tomo un jugo de zanahoria con jengibre que estaba espectacular. Las mesistas afuera con la fuente en el medio hacen un lugar super chevere para ir a desayunar o merendar. Volveremos

Nybakat Marbella es un rincón encantador para los amantes del buen pan y la repostería artesanal. Cada bocado refleja la dedicación y calidad de sus productos, desde el pan recién horneado hasta sus dulces tradicionales con un toque nórdico. El ambiente es acogedor y perfecto para disfrutar de un desayuno o una merienda tranquila. Además, su café complementa perfectamente cualquier elección del menú. La atención es excelente, con un personal amable que siempre está dispuesto a recomendar las especialidades del día. Si buscas calidad, sabor auténtico y una experiencia diferente en Marbella, Nybakat es una parada obligatoria.

No está mal pero esperaba mucho mas. Deberían de atender a las mesas de fuera y no tener que ir tu a por las cosas. El personal es muy amable y los dulces están bien.

It was such a disappointment! Im Swedish and was looking forward to a ‘princess cake’ and it tasted horrible. The marzipan was moss green and had a weird taste. It was a Princess cake made with Spanish ingredients :(( Will not be going back!

This is the third time going here. Great atmosphere, service is great as well - friendly staff. However, the bakeries is the issue. It’s clear that they put effort into the equipment, however the quality of the food is ok-. The bakeries taste ok but the combinations remind me of something you get at a pension home. They might be using the wrong type of flour/protein level combination because the dough is usually slightly dry and dense compared to what you get in Scandinavia. I would love to rate it higher but it’s not there…. Yet! Hopefully this can be seen as constructive feedback to the bakery and I would definitely recommend the staff to ask customers for their genuine feedback on the flavours and dough.

Friendly staff good food and very nice and clean space. Highly recommend.

Que bien tener una cafetería sueca en Marbella. Hemos ido un par de veces ya y todo lo que hemos probado está buenísimo. Además el sitio es muy agradable.

Great little bakery. For sure it will do well. Pleased to see The Forum; an excellent addition to Marbella. Visited this morning and parked right outside. Croissants are delicious and the Swedish Princess cake (as pictured) was divine. Thank you 🙏

As a French Canadian I love a good croissant and I have been searching for something that is as good as the ones back in Montreal or Parisian bakeries. These are the best so far in town. I’ll be going back to try more! A must try, and the bread looks promising as well

Congratulations to Patrick and the amazing staff at Nybakat Bakery for their amazing food! Delicious Swedish bakery, French croissants and “pain au chocolat” homemade with French butter and flour, very good sourdough bread! Everything daily made onsite! We had an amazing experience and this lovely patio location in Forum!
