Oh wow , it’s sooooo good and tasty. The place is nice , the service is fast and with the smike and the bagel is unforgettable. We tried the black Angus one and the Chiken, they just got news clients ❤️😍

I have been there several times. They serve good quality. Prices are high. They have one salad,90% red cabbage, dressing is a bit boring. I can recommend gf mais tortilla or bagel with salmontrout. 1 person aprox. 40€ for breakfast.

Bei einem Abstecher in der Stadt bekamen wir Hunger und landeten kurzerhand hier im Lokal. Das Ambiente drinnen ähnelt einer Hipstar-Bar in Berlin und draußen vor dem Laden hat man einen schönen Blick auf die kleine süße Einkaufsstraße. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auf Fragen wurde super geantwortet. Der Service war rundum ausgezeichnet. Kommen wir zum Essen: Auch hier weicht nichts von der bereits erwähnten Klasse ab. Wir haben zwei Bagel gegessen die hervorragend waren. Frische Zutaten, super Auswahl und Zusammenspiel der Komponenten. Einfach lecker! Wenn man in der kleinen Stadt zu Besuch ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert!

Great tasting coffee, just an insane waiting time (both to order and for it to arrive), even with few other customers. The prices are insane: 6(!) euro for a coffee in Spain.. you don’t even pay that much in the most expensive cities in the world. I appreciate the high quality specialty beans and import costs, but I still don’t think the price is justified. I skipped the bagel when I saw the prices, I just can’t justify it no matter how good they might be. If you like overpaying for a good coffee and have enough time, it’s a decent place. Otherwise, not so much. Just be prepared. If they would lower their prices and resolve their understaffing/service issues it would be very successful place and I would come back.

Had to wait +30 minutes for 3 bagels. Could barely eat them. The smoked brisket was hard as a rock and way too salty. Also very expensive

20 minutes wait in the rain for table to open up…table got empty…”you need to wait for 25 minutes more to sit down because kitchen is backed up.”told me the man with the beard. “Why can’t we wait at the table that opened up and order drinks?” i asked him. He insisted we need to continue to wait 25 more minutes in the RAIN while the table stays open. What a deal! I told the bearded man good luck, and left. This is the only place on Ibiza that treated me this way. Bearded dude, next time if you don’t want to sit me, just tell me so right away, and don’t waste my time. My time and inner peace is more expensive than your rude attitude. Again, good luck with your business. I will never come back and will never recommend to my friends. Pathetic service!

This was a really nice spot, and the coffee was excellent. I had a cold brew served in a wine glass, which felt very fancy! We also tried the matcha, which was good. While we were sitting there, they had just finished baking some cardamom cinnamon buns, and those were a real treat😍 You can sit outside, they take cards. The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit confused — they brought us the wrong order twice. But apart from that, everything was very good:)

What an anti-experience! The worst! the (owner?) or whoever defended his ways is from another planet - bagels are wonderful, if served well and in a reasonable time-frame. And the new waiter was not the problem, he was really trying to be helpful. But no way to force the powers of a dismal machine behind his ability to satisfactorily serve his customers. Wow - an hour for a bagel, then we were later challenged when we explained to the “man in charge” who brought out the ticket to show we’d only waited 40 minutes for the bagel!!! He didn’t build in the frustrating 20 min waiting time to order prior to ordering unfortunately- there’s no good way out for this guy except to capitulate to his own incompetencies. A bagel should not be a pity party - let’s let’s not forget the prices are exorbitant. Bagel later, y’alla keep moving!

Sehr schöne Location, aber leider überteuert und sehr langsam alles. Ich hatte einen Bagel mit Frischkäse und Schnittlauch für teure 12 Euro. Ebenfalls einen Iced Coffee mit mehr Eiswürfel anstatt Getränk für 7 Euro. Obwohl sehr sehr wenig Gäste da waren, hat der einfache Bagel sehr sehr lange gedauert.

6€ for a double espresso take away 🤣🤣🤣 unfortunately a tourist scam. I value coffee a lot but this pricing is far from normal Ibiza prices for barista coffee, even high end restaurants are cheaper. I wanted to like the place, design is cool, location too, coffee was good, but this was a pure rip off.

Baguels deliciosos. Se nota mucho la calidad del producto y la dedicación en la preparación. Recomiendo mucho el de pollo. También probamos una limonada con sirope de arce, muy rica y refrescante. La atención excelente y la terraza ideal para disfrutar del ambiente de Santa Gertrudis. 10/10. Volveremos!

You can own a La Marzocco and all the high-end barista gear, yet still pull a sour, bitter shot of espresso. That’s exactly what’s happening here. And it’ll only cost you a mere €3.50. What an experience.

Hacia tiempo que queriamos probar este sitio. Fuimos hasta alli desde Santa Eulalia porque en el horario ponia que los domingos esta abierto hasta las 16h. La sorpresa fue que llegamos a las 14h y estaba cerrado... Estaría bien que actualizasen el horario en Google Maps para evitar este tipo de confusiones

Lugar muy especial en Ibiza, con el café espectacular de La Cabra y unos bagels buenísimos. Muy recomendable el de pollo.

Unbelievable food. I thought the price for a bagel initially was steep but I shared one with my husband and we have been stuffed for hours now - it’s insane. Never eaten anything like it and would 100% recommend.

Yesterday was my first time at Santa G. Bagel House. I ate the best bagel in my life. Great place, great bagels and amazing pour over coffee. The owner knows what he does and does it with passion. Food was ok. It’s a bagel. The chicken was so Smokey so the bagel didn’t really matter. And the bagel with salmon was, well, a bagel with salmon. Good food. Doesn’t justify the price in my opinion.

Everything was so delicious! I had the slow smoked chicken on a pretzel bagel, white wine, flat white and a warm cinnamon roll. Love the interior design. Great hiphop playlist too.

No es barato, pero tiene muy buen café y los bagels están muy buenos. El lugar rebosa originalidad y tienen cerámica de autor.

Die Getränkeauswahl war vielversprechend, aber der Iced Coffee hat leider enttäuscht – er war ziemlich schwach und bestand fast nur aus Eiswürfeln. Der Iced Matcha und der Orangensaft waren hingegen wirklich lecker. Schade, dass die Bagels um 14 Uhr schon ausverkauft waren.

Had to pay €5 for a coffee and was then charged an additional €2 for the take away cup. Absolute joke.

En primer lugar, este es un sitio que me llamó bastante la atención. En otros países es bastante común pero no lo había visto hasta ahora en la isla por lo que decidimos darle una oportunidad. Inmediatamente al sentarnos ya nos encontramos con el problema. Estuvimos 15 minutos sin que nadie nos atendiese y sin menús. Así que decidimos ir a preguntar por lo menos por el menú y pedir las bebidas. Después de media hora, nos trajeron la comida. Que OJO, muy buena, pero no es excusa por lo que tuvimos que esperar. Vimos a mesas irse por qué nadie les atendía. Finalmente, quise pedir un café y unas galletas, y sabiendo cómo iba la cosa me acerqué directamente al barista. El cual me respondió amablemente “de camino”. 20 minutos después, sin café y sin postre, decidimos ir a pagar e irnos. Por las molestias, el chico me invitó a llevarme el café “take away” que ya estaba hecho sin coste. Muy amable. En conclusión, es una opción riquísima a la que no dudaría volver pero NO la recomendaría por todo el tiempo que tuvimos que esperar. Y es una pena la verdad. No volveremos de momento.

Love this bagel house in Santa G! Honestly The BEST bagels we’ve ever had. Everything is made “in house” , they even smoke and cure their own salmon, so so good and always have a different selection of their homemade bagels to choose from. The coffee is great and the owner and staff are super friendly. Very cool vibe, a must visit if you’re hitting up Santa G! 🤌🏽

Brilliant bagel (brisket with pickled (?) red cabbage to balance out the richness and oozing flavour and succulent juice... Wonderful) Accompanied by a home made, wild fermented bergamont (mild and herbal citrus) non alcoholic drink. Also fabulous. Finished with perfectly extracted double espresso with lovely body and flavour balance. Superb!

Tardaron 1 hora y 30 minutos en hacer 2 bagels para llevar. Me pareció muy caro en cuanto a calidad precio.

Had an amazing brunch outside in the sun. Very cool venue inside with lots of interesting furnishings accompanied by cool music. The service was very friendly and the owner was cool. As for the food, the best bagel we’ve ever had. So many flavours but balanced perfectly. It is more expensive than a standard place but that’s due to the quality of ingredients and the whole experience. Very good cappuccino too. Thank you! We will be back when back in Ibiza.

Every Bagel is handmade and all the versions are very tasty. The coffee was good as well. They offered to freshly make some donuts (order them if possible, they were still warm and great) as a dessert. Best service we had on the island so far. The Location inside the bar/Restaurant looks nice.

Fatal,media hora de reloj esperando por un café al que nisiquiera sacan ni con plato ni con cucharita nisiquiera servilleta solo la taza y un café amarguisimo le pregunto por azúcar y me dice que no usan veneno le pregunto por miel y se hace el sordo(existen dulces sin azúcar también)y es un detalle sobretodo cuando me cobran 5€por un café que vale 1€ y nisiquiera me sacan una servilleta..voy a la barra y cuando le estoy preguntando por la carta deja de atenderme y se pone a atender a la chica que acaba de entrar..después de esperar media hora por el cacafé me voy
