I ordered a Spurs birthday cake for my husband’s big birthday. It arrived on time and it looked and tasted amazing! The cake was in a big white box on a cake stand and with candles. I’ve seen many beautiful cakes in my life – at weddings, birthdays, and all kinds of celebrations – but most of them looked far better than they tasted. Too much fondant, overly sweet, or dry sponge and bland cream. This one, however, was a true masterpiece. Both the design and the flavor were absolutely perfect. The service was exceptional, too. Everything happened on very short notice as I had just arrived on the island, yet the communication over the phone was fast, proactive, and super friendly. We brainstormed flavors together, and the suggestions were spot-on. The cake was delivered exactly on time and at the right place, making our surprise a total success. Payment and delivery went smoothly, everything was professional from start to finish. The birthday boy – 61 years old – was over the moon about both the design and the taste. I’m honestly not a “cake person,” but I’d love to have one of these myself one day, because it was not only beautiful but truly delicious. Highly recommended!

La torta era bellissima esteticamente, curata nei minimi dettagli, e soprattutto deliziosa. We travelled from the UK to lazarote on my husbands 50th birthday so I ordered a cake to be delivered to our hotel on arrival. The cake was delivered promptly and the service was brilliant so smooth. The cake was the best we have tasted will definitely use again in the future.

Created a customised vegan birthday cake..first of all so beautiful. The colours, the arrangement of features, the structure of the cake were all perfect. Onto the flavour. Wir haben eine Torte als Überraschung zum Geburtstag bestellt. Wir haben alles vor unserem Urlaub per WhatsApp Kontakt besprochen und bestellt. Die Kommunikation war super! Die Torte wurde bis zu unserem Haus geliefert. Leider etwas verspätet, aber es passte noch in unseren Zeitplan. Das einzige minimale negative, was wir hatten, war: dass wir auf Grund der Bilder nach denen wir das Design auswählten, mit frischen Blumen als Dekor gerechnet haben. Leider waren es künstliche. Aber insgesamt war mit der Torte alles super und wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Überraschung kam super an! Vielen lieben Dank!

Holidaying in Lanzarote with a birthday girl who had a severe tolerance to gluten. We found Dulciissiimma through Google and their varied and beautiful cakes on show. Communication was excellent, in English and via WhatsApp to question our gluten free needs and wants. Cake arrived on the day, baked fresh and looks fantastic. Gluten free bake of four layers, with cream and fruit, iced and decorated. Tastes delicious and as be promised, entirely managed the gluten free bake environment. There are loads of flavours to choose from, we had a red velvet cake, it had a lovely flavour and the icing is really nice and not too sweet. Amazing booking experience, 5 minutes from finding them to having booked a custom birthday order and discussed the details. The cupcakes where exactly as agreed and tasted amazing, they were light and tasty without too much sugar or butter. Put an order in over WhatsApp and it was very easy and quick. We picked up the cake at the location and they were very accommodating to the short notice for pickup. We got a strawberry cheesecake and it was very delicious, fresh and airy taste.

I was let down by a restaurant that said they could no longer make my wife a birthday cake. I ordered a chocolate caramel cake with a day and a half to go and it was honestly the best cake we have eaten… that’s says a lot as my wife has eaten a lot of cake! They even deliver to your door!

I ordered a 30th birthday cake with all communications via WhatsApp. The communications were excellent with all questions answered rapidly and information and updates provided throughout. The cake was delivered on time and was lovely and proved to be delicious. If I have one criticism it would be that the writing was a little less than professional looking, but this did not detract too much from an enjoyable experience. Ofrecen tortas veganas y sin gluten, lo cual no es fácil de conseguir. Fueron muy amables y respondieron todas mis preguntas rápidamente. Lo único que quizás mejoraría un poco es la decoración de las tortas, pero en general quedamos muy satisfechos y volveríamos a comprar sin duda.

I was on holiday in Lanzarote and my wife's birthday was coming up. She is allergic to milk and eggs so could not eat any desserts besides fruit at the hotel. With a quick Google search I found Dulciissiimma and messaged them on WhatsApp. They replied straight away, showed us different design ideas and agreed to make us a dairy free cake to our specifications which they delivered to the hotel with candles in a smart golden box a few days later on the morning of her birthday. The cake - WOW! My wife and son (who has the same allergies) were so happy. We expected it to be dry but it wasn't - it tasted incredible. The icing, sponge and filling were delicious. It was by far the best dairy free cake we have ever tasted.
