Visited today on the recommendation of friends. Excellent display of pies, sausage rolls etc which taste as nice as they look. Also friendly owners. Wish I had been aware of it earlier. Recommended.

Most delicious pies! The flaky pastry with hearty fillings were an amazing delight for my taste buds!

Great home made food, fab prices, friendly ready to help staff. Parking can be a problem if it is just do what Spanish do park and hazard warning lights on. Works every time🤣🤣😎

Just polished off a steak, black pudding and peppercorn sauce. Absolutely amazing. The peppercorn sauce has a massive punch, best I have tasted. Also tasted the steak & Guinness, chicken & mushroom and mince meat. All had great flavours. Lovely short crust bottom with puff pastry top. The apple pie didn't disappoint at all. Will be back for more. Can't wait to try the square sausage.

I thought the pork pies were good. Then I tried a scotched egg. Enough said.

Visited at the end of April. We were made very welcome and the owners gave great service. We had the Cornish pasty, chicken Balti and Kebab pies. All very tasty and enjoyed very much. Will definitely be back!

Pie Bar is brilliant, Scotty is super welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home! There is a great selection of pies and drinks which are all absolutely delicious! We also had some burgers, sausages and bacon which were gorgeous. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great friendly service, fantastic variety of pies , the sausage rolls and scotch eggs were beautiful we all thoroughly enjoyed our food and would highly reccommend .

This guy knows how to make a dam good Aussie style sausage roll, and his pies look equally as good. Tasty, perfect pastry, top notch fillings. But, yes there is a but, two infact, 1, he has not got the coffee machine up and running as at early March 2025 and very few tables if you decide to eat in house. But take away is a good thing, right. Really nice English guy "Pom" runs tge operation and every thing is freashly cooked. We could see him prepping for the next batch when we were there. Give this one try, you will be back.

Just eaten two very tasty pies (meat & pot and steak & Guinness) pastry just melted in mouth & fillings plentiful, no seasoning necessary! Thanks for sorting the 3 Kings to pass by whilst we were in your shop too!

Sounds good but needs opening days and hours. I’m not going on spec and risk being closed

Just popped in to try the new pie shop, had some scotch eggs, these were really nice. The sausage rolls are full of meat unlike some that you buy from elsewhere.

Not only the huge variety and choice they offer, with the help and entertainment of Scott and Christine are they the ideal operators of this new establishment. Everything is just Top!!!

LOCAL RECOMMENDATION! Today a brand new eatery opened in Estepona; The Pie Bar. I can’t resist a good pie, so off I went to check it out. A lovely Scottish couple have opened this cafe a 10 min. walk from Estepona port. Opening hours 10am to 6pm for the first 2 weeks with a half day on Weds. Location: Calle Tres Banderas, 10. Estepona. I bought 2 x hand made pork and leek sausages, a cheese and onion pasty, a Cornish pasty and a pork and mushroom pasty. Total €12.80. I think that’s a steal! 🥰 You can sit in and have a beer etc. with your pie or take it away. They can warm it up for you. They had Steak and Kidney Pies, Sausage Rolls. All sorts. At the moment there are ONLY savoury pies. No apple pie etc. though they may add that. They MAY be doing a vegan pie soon. Right now there are 2 veggie pies: Veg Balti. Also Cheese & Onion. They do BBQ packs. They smoke their own haddock and cure their own bacon. Very nice, smiley service. 🥰 They had a SUPER-busy opening day, I’m happy to say. I’ll be returning for sure as what I’ve tried so far is delicious! If you’re in Sabinillas/Duquesa area apparently you can put your order in at Monahans in Sabi as a group order will regularly be done there? Came by earlier in the day to pre order two pies for collection later. Good selection, and nice to also see a butchers area for sausages. Choices include pies, pasties, sausage rolls and more. Collected around 1400, with choice to have hot or cold. I like a cold pie, so cold it was. Chicken and Leek, nice, exactly what I expected. Pastry not soggy. So good I ate the second straight away, wasn't my original plan. Steak and Guinness. Excellent. Good puff pastry, plenty filled with lots of meat chunks. Wasn't padded with rubbish and meat in each bite. Nice gravey. Over all, very good little place. It is out of the way, but street parking (or atleast somewhere to stop). Great to take something for lunch, or even cook up again for dinner. They have table and chairs inside to eat there, would be nice to see if there was sides, such as mash and liquor. But didn't see it. This would be my really only point of improvement. And would take this upto 5* instantly. Definitely will stop by again when needing lunch on the go.
